There are no set reserves for this sale, however Auctioneer reserves the right to set a minimum and / or refuse a bid if not in the best interest of the owner. Removal time is immediate. CASH IN HAND: Bid with what you came with! If you over bid and do not have enough cash on you, you will not be able to “run to the ATM.” Auctioneer reserves the right to cancel that portion of the auction and rebid.
